Human Dignity
Meet Luc the Deer, our mascot for Human Dignity reminding us that everyone is special. Below are some of the ways we uphold the principle of Human Dignity at St Francis.
Our pupils embody Human Dignity by caring for their with patience, respect, and kindness, ensuring every child feels valued, welcomed, and loved as a unique creation of God.
We honour the dignity of every child by celebrating their differences through stories, assemblies, RSHE lessons, Black History Month, and Anti‑Bullying Week, helping pupils recognise the beauty of diversity AND OUR New Cultural Day held in school.
Weekly Celebration Assemblies highlight kindness, effort, and personal growth, showing children that their character and contributions are recognised and valued.
A clear anti‑bullying approach rooted in Gospel values ensures that every child feels safe, respected, and protected.
