Chinese New Year

We enjoyed a vibrant celebration of Chinese New Year in school, filled with learning, food and fun. The day began with a special assembly led by Mrs Tsai, who introduced the children to the meaning of Chinese New Year and shared insights into Chinese traditions and culture. Later, pupils took part in a delicious Chinese feast organised by Mrs Stainer, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. To end the celebrations, children received a special treat of gold chocolate coins tucked inside traditional good-luck envelopes. Throughout the day, classes explored many different aspects of Chinese culture, and everyone had a wonderful and memorable time celebrating together.
